Effective Date has the meaning given to it in Article 12.3. "Eligible Country" means any country specified in ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ to the Decision, as may be amended from time to time by the European Commission in accordance with Articles 4(2) and 18 of the Decision, or any other country in respect of which the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union have adopted a decision pursuant to Article 4(1) of the Decision. "Eligible Expenditure" means the total expenditure (including costs of design and supervision, if relevant, and net of taxes and duties payable by the Borrower) incurred by the Borrower for the Project, in respect of works, goods and services relating to components of the Project specified in the Technical Description as eligible for financing under the Credit, which have been the object of contract or contracts executed on terms satisfactory to the Bank, having regard to the most recent edition of the Bank's Guide to Procurement, as published on its website. For the purpose of calculating the equivalent in euro of any sum spent in another currency, the Bank shall apply the reference exchange rate computed and published for that currency by the European Central Bank on such date falling within 15 (fifteen) days before the date of disbursement as the Bank shall decide (or, failing such a rate, the relevant exchange rate or rates then prevailing on any financial market reasonably chosen by the Bank).   • This Agreement comes into force on the Effective Date and remains in full force and effect for as long as any amount is outstanding under this Agreement.

  • The Effective Date shall not occur later than 12 (twelve) months after the signing of this Contract.

  • Not later than sixty (60) days after the Effective Date, the Borrower, through NITRA, shall hire an AI expert, with terms of reference acceptable to the Bank, to assist in the implementation of AI related activities under the Project.

  • Not later than three (3) months after the Effective Date, the Borrower, through the CFU, shall hire an entity with experience, qualifications and terms of reference acceptable to the Bank, for purposes of verifying the compliance of DLRs.

  • The Borrower shall, through MOH, not later than one month after the Effective Date update the Prior Project’s Operations Manual, in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.

  • The amendments set out in this Agreement will take effect on and from the date on which the Agent notifies the Borrower that all the conditions precedent listed in Schedule 1 have been fulfilled to its satisfaction (acting on the instructions of all Lenders and MIGA) (the "Effective Date").

  • No later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, the Borrower, through the Ministry of Health, shall cause the PCU to have installed and operational, an accounting system and software satisfactory to the Bank.

  • Unless otherwise agreed with the Bank, not later than one (1) month after the Effective Date, the Borrower shall establish and thereafter maintain throughout Project implementation: (a) a Project Steering Committee; and (b) an Advisory Committee; all with responsibilities, composition and functions as set forth in the Project Operations Manual.
