Procedure. (a) The Guarantor hereby confirms that it has knowledge of the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement. (b) The Bank agrees that any payment demand of the Guarantor pursuant to this Agreement shall be made in writing, and such payment demand shall specify the amount outstanding under the Loan Agreement and to be paid by the Guarantor, the date by which such amount is to be paid by the Guarantor, which shall be a date not less than three Business Days from the date of the notice of demand.
