22.1 Description: With the service Apple CarPlay, individual functions and apps of any connected iPhone that support the service may be displayed and operated directly in the PCM.
22.2 Restrictions of use: The service only works with iPhones that are technically compatible. Further restrictions may apply according to country-specific regulations. If the Customer is a consumer pursuant to Article 5 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (“CPA”), he/she has a right of withdrawal for a period of 14 days in case of the conclusion of the contract. Consumer pursuant to Article 5 CPA means every natural person who enters into a legal transaction or acts on the market outside his/her trade, business, craft or profession. Hereafter, the term "contract" means the purchase of Porsche Connect. In the following, the Customer is instructed on his/her right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which Porsche Connect is made available to you for use (activation day). 22.1 Opis: S uslugom Apple CarPlay, pojedinačne funkcije i aplikacije svakog spojenog iPhone-a koji podržava uslugu mogu se prikazati i koristiti izravno u PKU. 22.2 Ograničenja uporabe: Usluga radi jedino s iPhone-ovima koji su tehnički kompatibilni. Daljnja ograničenja primjenjiva su ovisno o odredbama temeljem specifičnim za relevantnu zemlju. Ako je Kupac potrošač sukladno članku 5 hrvatskog Zakona o zaštiti potrošača („ZZP“), on/ona ima pravo na jednostrani raskid u roku od 14 dana u slučaju sklapanja ugovora. U smislu članka 5 ZZP-a potrošač znači svaka fizička osoba koja sklapa pravni posao ili djeluje na tržištu izvan njegove/njene trgovačke, poslovne, obrtničke ili profesionalne djelatnosti. Pojam „ugovor“ dalje u tekstu označava kupnju Porsche Connect-a. U sljedećim odjeljcima Kupac je upućen o svom pravu na jednostrani raskid: Imate pravo jednostrano raskinuti ovaj ugovor u roku od 14 dana ne navodeći razloge za to.
