Written or “in writing” means written by hand or typed by machine, and produced in a printed or electronic form, the result being a non-editable permanent record.

The tenderers shall withdraw all the conditions which are not acceptable to the Bank by submitting a Written confirmation to the effect that all the conditions (not acceptable to the Bank) have been withdrawn by them.
