Notice. किसी भी पार्टी द्वारा इस करार के अधीन, जारी सभी सूचनाएँ लिखित रूप में होगी और अगर कोरियर/पंजीकृत एडी डाक द्वारा सुपुर्दगी किए जाने पर, उसे दिया जाना माना जाएगा। इस करार के अधीन सभी सूचनाएँ निम्नलिखित को भेजना है। All notices under this Agreement by either party will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given if delivered by courier/registered AD Post. Notice. IIM Raipur may terminate the agreement on one-month notice in case the services are not found satisfactory or otherwise.
