THE ELECTRICAL AUDIT SHALL BE CARRIED OUT TO SPECIFICALLY COVER THE FOLLOWING ASPECTS. • Physical inspection of the office premises with reference to applicable Indian standards, Indian Electricity Rules and other relevant codes of Practice & identifying electrical hazards (shocks, fires, etc.). • Review of protection devices / system of the electrical installation including fuses, ELCB, MCB, MCCB, master electrical switch, etc. • Review of adequacy of cables, motors, etc. based on actual load current measurements and cable current carrying capacities. • Review the EPM (Electrical Preventive Maintenance) programmer and to examine documentation, checklists, test records, etc. and to suggest recommendations as per applicable standards. • To evaluate the earthling system (installation and maintenance) based on IS 3043 including availability, upkeep and testing of earth pits and to suggest recommendations • Display of danger notices • Use of electrical rubber mats, rubber gloves, etc. • Provision of identification tag of cables, cable glands, sealing of cable entry and unused holes • Upkeep and housekeeping of electrical installations • Provision of indicating lamps on the control panels • Use of 3-pin plug and socket • Fire protection of electrical installations • Arrangement for repair and maintenance of electrical installations, equipment and appliances including qualified maintenance personnel, accessibility, and maintenance practices, etc. • Adequacy of rating of electrical equipment and installation • Adequacy of isolation of current carrying parts • Lightening protection • Weather protection of outdoor electrical equipment and fittings • Cables – dressing, routing, identification tags, glands, lugs, armored, earthing, sealing of cable entry and used holes, adequacy for current carrying capacity, color coding • DG Set – emergency switch, oil leakage, stack and noise monitoring, • UPS and battery room • Review of the following test records, (if any) evaluating the test results and to suggest recommendations as per applicable standards. o Insulation resistance tests o Earth resistance tests. 2. SCOPE OF WORK. 1. The scope of work shall include items as per Bill of Quantities and instructions of Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB), NCR Biotech Science Cluster, Faridabad. 2. The quantities indicated are approximate and may vary at the time of execution. The Institute will exercise absolute discretion for operating all or some items of the schedule. 3. Contractor has to remove all the debris from the site of execution and dispose them at suitable places shown by the Engineer or his authorized representative at site. 4. The contractor will have to maintain the work for One year from the certified date of its completion. 5. The brief scope of work shall be generally as given hereunder, but not limited to the workings of Item, BOQ of the work. 6. The work shall be governed as per site requirement. 7. The work is to be done on item rate basis including requisite/ specified consumables (manures, pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, weedicides etc), dressing, cutting, re-sapling, watering etc tools and tackles, water pipes, trolleys drums, sprinklers as required including their on-site transportation, handling, stacking, and storing at contractor’s expense as required for effective & timely completion of works to the satisfaction of RCB. 8. The work shall be completed strictly as per Bill of Quantities, specification and instructions of RCB. 9. Contractor is required to repair any damage caused during execution of work at the work site and restore to the original condition by plastering/ painting etc. of the buildings,/ pavements etc, matching with the original work. 10. Items of work have been clearly described in the BOQ. If any item though not specifically mentioned but is required for the completion of the work, the same shall be executed by the contractor within the quoted rates.
SCOPE OF WORK. 4.8.1 The scope of work will cover operation and all routine, preventive and major/special maintenance works as required from time to time for complete sub- station equipment comprising H.T panels., transformers, L.T panels, other panels, Bus ducts, rising mains, Power cables, STP Plant ,WTP Plant , SCADA system, Internal & External Electrical wiring and installations, Street light, lighting, Fire Hydrant system, Plumbing etc., preventative cleaning of Plumbing and electrical chambers, Drainage pipe line, clearing of blockages in chamber and pipe lines, as per details of installations and general scope of work mentioned below imparts. 4.8.2 All day-to-day MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) maintenance complaints and record of the same. 4.8.3 Scope of work also includes liaison with CSPDCL regarding 33 KV Feeder Power connections to Institute so as to ensure uniform power supply. 4.8.4The work shall be generally carried out as per CPWD guidelines / SOP for electrical works and as per the norms set by the manufacturers of respective equipment, specifications and specific instructions as may be issued by the CAO/ Institute Engineer charge responsible for work from time to time. Brief description of maintenance activities generally carried out as mentioned below in general scope of work. 4.8.5 All the electrical equipment’s/installations shall be always kept in good healthy conditions. 4.8.6Service of the contractor will be for 24 x7, 365 days in the IIM Raipur Campus. SCOPE OF WORK. The scope of work and deliverables for the bidder includes, but not limited to, the following: i. Prepare and implement Risk Assessment & Monitoring Framework for NBFC portfolio which includes policy document, operating manuals, data collection mechanism, defining of various triggers based on data, etc. Policy document to include possible options and approaches to be created for the new framework for approval of competent authority. ii. Identifying and sampling/baselining of at least 100 NBFC- ICCs [Investment & Credit Companies] based on their Asset, Liability and market data [Sample distribution: 5 AAA, 10 AA, 20 A, 20 BBB, 20 BB/B and 10 Unrated, 10 NBFC-MFI (BBB & Below) and 5 fintech NBFCs]. Fintech NBFCs should be substantially digitally enabled NBFC from inception and engaged in extending business/ MSE loans. Create Swim Lane based credit and risk framework (including rating models and credit appraisal/ data driven decisioning) for channelising assistance to different category of NBFCs through various products including Term Loans, Securitisation, assignment, Co-lending, etc. Design credit appraisal formats for different categories of NBFCs. Prepare robust mechanism for risk assessment of smaller and emerging NBFCs which are low rated or unrated entities. Propose limit setting process, exposure limits, pricing, risk appetite statement, capital allocation and provisions. iv. Build investment framework for equity support to NBFCs, which shall include equity/equity type instruments to be used, investment assessment methodology and divestment strategies. v. Examine the extant credit processes / credit administration in the life cycle of loans to NBFC-ICCs and NBFC-MFIs, including security, documentation, exit/ recovery, powers vested in SIDBI Act, etc. and advise improvements. vi. Agency will be required to provide placement to students who are not placed or who were placed but subsequently their job offers are revoked. b. Agency will be paid only on successful placement of a student. c. Agency will need to have sufficient recruitment skills for placing students at this level (CTC of more than Rs. 15 Lakh per annum, where Fixed component must be more than Rs. 12 Lakhs per annum) d. Whenever there is a requirement, the institute will float the request and agencies have to submit quotations. L1 will be provided the order. e. Agency need to provide atleast 3 interview opportunities to the students for the placement. The student will have to take the first offer. f. Agency has to provide opportunity with organizations not associated with the institute. g. In case Agency has provided opportunity with an organization who has come to the institute for Final Placements then the offer provided to the student must be equal to or higher than the one offered by the organization on campus. h.
