This Agreement is effective upon the earlier of the effective date of the first Order Form referencing this Agreement or the date Customer first accesses or uses Qlik Products and shall remain in effect until terminated (i) as set forth in this Section, or (ii) automatically upon expiration of all rights to use any Qlik Products pursuant to one or more Order Forms.
