The technical or organizational measures shall be appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal data contained in the Personal Data and to the damage that could result from any unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage of the Personal Data and having regard to the nature of the Personal Data that must be protected. The Partner acknowledges that the Company relies on the Partner's knowledge and skill to assess what is "appropriate" to protect Personal Data from unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage, modification or disclosure.

The contract will only be accepted when received by the person in charge of reservations at the camp site, that it has been signed and that it is sent with the required deposit for your camping emplacement or rental unit. You will then receive a confirmation letter that will have to be presented to reception on your arrival. The balance owed of your holiday must be paid 30 days before your arrival. Local tax will have to be paid on your arrival. If you do not inform the camp site of your late arrival we will re rent your camping empla- cement or rental unit as from 12 pm the next day.
