Security. All the information about the subscription, in particular bank details sent via the Internet, is protected and encrypted. The entire online transaction takes place on a secure server in accordance with the SSL protocol (protocol to secure information, exchanges and transactions online).

The technical or organizational measures shall be appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal data contained in the Personal Data and to the damage that could result from any unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage of the Personal Data and having regard to the nature of the Personal Data that must be protected. The Partner acknowledges that the Company relies on the Partner's knowledge and skill to assess what is "appropriate" to protect Personal Data from unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage, modification or disclosure.

Security. The contract will only be accepted when received by the person in charge of reservations at the camp site, that it has been signed and that it is sent with the required deposit for your camping emplacement or rental unit. You will then receive a confirmation letter that will have to be presented to reception on your arrival. The balance owed of your holiday must be paid 30 days before your arrival. Local tax will have to be paid on your arrival. If you do not inform the camp site of your late arrival we will re rent your camping empla- cement or rental unit as from 12 pm the next day. From 8am until 10am maximum, except if you have arranged to leave before which would depend on availability of staff. If you leave before 8am, the owner will keep your deposit and only after he has checked your rental unit, will then send it back. You need to make an appointment for the final visit 48h before departure. If you leave before the stated date, there will be no refund. You can also stay longer, depending on availability. Without taking out the "Cancellation Guarantee", no refund will be granted. Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) cannot give rise to a refund. Unless there are exceptional conditions this year 2021 granted by the Les Sablettes campsite, which undertakes to reimburse its customer in the event of: confinement, border closure or administrative closure of the establishment

Security shall maintain a record and notify of all consent and withdrawal of consent of data subjects in accordance with the Applicable Laws.
