Language. This Agreement is drawn up in English. The English language shall govern all docu- ments, notices, meetings, proceedings and processes relative thereto and shall be the working language for ELIXIR.
Language. The official language of the competition is Finnish. The entries must be submitted in Fin- nish or English. The negotiations are conducted and the related documents are prepared in Finnish or English.
Language. The official language of these terms and conditions is Finnish. In a case of dispute the terms and conditions in Finnish are applied.
Language. All contracts let by OCCAR are to be writ- ten in one of the official languages stated in Article 4 of the Convention and be the ruling language for the contract, whether or not the law applicable to the contract corresponds to one of the official languages.
