CONTRATO MARCO DE LICENCIA DE SOFTWARE(Spain) MASTER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT(Spain) EMEA - SP - April 2011 - Version 1 INTRODUCCIÓN. Las condiciones de este Contrato regulan la concesión de licencias de Software y la prestación de Mantenimiento y Servicios al Cliente por parte de MSC. En virtud de este Contrato pueden adquirirse, cada cierto tiempo, licencias de Software, Mantenimiento o Servicios por medio del envío por parte del Cliente, y posterior aceptación por parte de MSC, de un Order Schedule que incorpore el presente Contrato. Cada Order Schedule convenido entre las partes será parte integrante del presente Contrato. 2 INTRODUCTION.
