CONTRATO DE PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE TRANSPORTE (EN LO SUCESIVO, EL “CONTRATO”) QUE CELEBRAN, POR UNA PARTE, CAB LOGISTICS, S.A. DE C.V., REPRESENTADA EN ESTE ACTO POR JAIME ALBERTO GUTIÉRREZ GARZA (EN LO SUCESIVO, EL “CLIENTE”) Y, POR OTRA PARTE, , REPRESENTADA EN ESTE ACTO POR (EN LO SUCESIVO EL “TRANSPORTISTA”), DENOMINÁNDOSE A AMBOS LAS “PARTES” E INDIVIDUALMENTE LA “PARTE”, AL TENOR DE LAS SIGUIENTES DECLARACIONES Y CLÁUSULAS:

De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la ley 850 de 2003, artículo 66 de la Ley 80 de 1993, el artículo 2.2.1.1.2.1.5 numeral 5 del Decreto 1082 de 2015 y el Artículo 270 de la Constitución Política de Colombia, se invita a las veedurías ciudadanas en la contratación estatal a realizar acompañamiento y seguimiento dentro de todas las etapas del presente proceso contractual.
