Survival. Termination of this Agreement shall not relieve either party of any obligation or liability accrued prior to the termination date. The obligations of the parties under the Sections entitled Records and Audit, Disclosure of Payments, Survival, Confidentiality, Property Rights, Organization Undertakings, Assignment, Notices, Severability and Miscellaneous survive termination of this Agreement.

Survival. Provisions of this Order that by their nature should apply beyond the expiration or earlier termination of this Order shall remain in force after anytermination or expiration of this Order, including, but not limited to, the following provisions: Setoff, Warranties, General Indemnification, Intellectual Property Indemnification, Insurance, Compliance with Laws, Confidentiality, Governing Law, Submission to Jurisdiction, and Survival.

Survival. Any terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to those relating to, Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Ownership of Intellectual Property or Confidentiality, which by their nature are intended to extend beyond this Agreement’s expiration or termination will remain in effect until fulfilled.

Survival. Notwithstanding the validity established in the Contract to which this document is attached, the obligations establisher here will remail in forceas long as Foundation, Site and/or Principal Investigator holds or Processes Personal Data for purposes of the Study.

Survival. The rights and obligations in this Agreement that by their nature are continuing will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.

Survival. The provisions of this Article 0 shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for so long as either Party has knowledge of any Confidential Information received or derived from the other Party and shall survive termination or expiry of this Agreement for a period of five (5) years in respect of all Confidential Information.

Survival. All provisions of this Appointment Agreement which by their nature extend beyond the expiration or termination of this Appointment Agreement, including, without limitation, Sections 4, 5, 12 and 13, shall survive the termination or expiration of this Appointment Agreement.

Survival. Expiration or termination of the Agreement for any reason whatsoever shall not affect in any way the survival of any right, duty or obligation of either Party hereto which is intended to survive such termination, such as (but not limited to) “Intellectual Property” “Liability”, “Confidentiality”, “Reference”, “Governing Law” and “Dispute resolution – Jurisdiction”.

Survival. All representations and warranties of the Parties in this Agreement shall survive Closing for a period of nine months.
