Common use of Severability Clause in Contracts

Severability. If any provision of this Order is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, then this Order shall remain in effect and that provision shallbe revised to the least and narrowest extent possible and to give effect as closely as possible to the parties’ original intentions.
