Common use of Severability Clause in Contracts

Severability. If any provision hereof is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under present or future laws, such provision shall be excluded and this Agreement shall be construed and executed as if such provision had not been part of it, and shall not impair the legality, validity or enforceability of any other provision hereof.
