Common use of Severability Clause in Contracts

Severability. In case any provision of this Purchase Order is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable under any law, regulation, ordinance, decree or any other law provision, such provision shall be deemed to be reformed or eliminated, as the case may be, but only to the extent necessary to comply with such law, ruling, ordinance, decree or any other law provision, and the remaining provisions of this Purchase Order shall remain in force and with full legal effect.
