Severability. In case this Agreement or any part thereof is declared invalid or unenforceable by any legitimated authority or court, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue on unchanged terms and conditions, and the Parties shall agree on replacement terms, which to the extent possible shall express the initial intention of the Parties.
