REJECTIONS. In the event that any good or service provided is defective, for the materials used, for the quality of the work or service, or for not meeting the requirements or conditions established in this order, Novartis will have the full right, either to refuse the delivery or request the necessary correction. In the latter case, all expenses that the correction implies will be at the sole expense of the Vendor. The correction will be made immediately after Novartis requests the Vendor. In the event that the Vendor fails to comply with the above, Novartis may: A) Replace or correct the materials or services, charging the Vendor the corresponding cost. B) Terminate the Order for non-compliance (see the' Cancellation due to non-compliance' clause '). C) Stop the process of payment of the corresponding invoice, until the situation that caused the rejection is resolved.
