Guarantee ("fianza"). To guarantee prompt payment (be it on the scheduled maturity date or earlier) of all and any principal repayment, interest payment, commissions and other sums payable pursuant to this Agreement and the Pagares, the Swiss Guarantors present themselves as guarantors ("fiadoras") of the Borrower according to articles 2794, 2795 and further applicable articles of the Federal Civil Code and the correlative aricles of the other states of the Republic.
