Exceptions Where in the assessment of the SLIP LEADER, the Claim Amount is more than, or is likely to be more than, the Threshold Amount; or • after making further enquiries, there remains insufficient information to form a view on the likely quantum of any circumstance or claim and in the SLIP LEADER'S experience and judgment, there is a material risk that the quantum will ultimately exceed the Threshold Amount; or • issues of fraud, avoidance or any other regulatory issues of the (re)insurance (either under the Insurance Act 2015 or otherwise) arise, or, in the assessment of the SLIP LEADER are likely to arise, in connection with a SCAP Claim; or • at the sole discretion of the SLIP LEADER, a SCAP Claim is likely to become such a matter of controversy or unusual complexity or is likely to become subject to Dispute Resolution Proceedings, such claims or circumstances shall be handled in accordance with the stated terms for CLAIMS AGREEMENT PARTIES B or C as applicable.
