DURATION. The Agreement shall commence on the date stated in the Agreement and, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Agreement, shall expire when the Parties have each complied in full with all their respective obligations under the Agreement.

DURATION. This contract will last for 6 months, extended for successive periods equal and reliable until notice from either party of 30 days is given.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraphs and independently of the aforementioned guarantee deposit, the LESSOR may pass on to the lessee the costs arising from the lessee´s failure to comply with the applicable regulations, incidents with the neighbors, the day- to-day use of the Object of contract, and the misuse of the utilities. DURATION. The lease ended on the date indicated in the particular conditions, unless before the expiration of the term agreed upon by the tenant applies for extension, and accept Easy-tour SL, in which case stated it would be in the corresponding section of the particular conditions or a new lease or addendum will take effect.

DURATION. This MoU will remain valid for a period of three (3) years after signature by both Parties. Six months prior to the completion of the term of this MoU the Parties will consider the possible extension of this MoU. If the Parties agree to extend this MoU, the conditions of the extension will be expressed by the Parties in writing.

DURATION. 1) This Agreement is established for a period of three (3) years, effective from the date of the last signature. 2) At the end of the three (3) year period, the outcomes of the cooperation shall be assessed and the Agreement shall be renewed for one additional period of three (3) years, unless UNC or UNI-KLU provides written notification of a decision of non-renewal prior to the expiration date.
