Examples of Zynga Services in a sentence

  • Subject to Section 4.a, this exclusivity obligation will commence with respect to each of the Covered Zynga Services set forth in Exhibit B on the Exclusivity Start Date set forth therein and will continue for the remainder of the Term for so long as such Covered Zynga Service remains a Covered Zynga Service.

  • For purposes of clarity, nothing herein obligates us to provide you with access to any distribution channels (e.g., requests, bookmarks, streams) for any Zynga Services or Covered Zynga Services.

  • Customer Service The parties will work together in good faith to identify and implement procedures to offer satisfactory customer service in connection with the use of Facebook Credits on Covered Zynga Services.

  • Subject to the terms herein, we acknowledge that your distribution of Gift Cards [*] is not a violation of Section 4.b(i), provided that all Gift Cards that are redeemable on Covered Zynga Services may be redeemed only for Facebook Credits.

  • You shall begin implementing (and you shall cause your Affiliates to begin implementing) Facebook Credits in all Covered Zynga Services commencing on the Implementation Start Date set forth in Exhibit B for each such Covered Zynga Service.

  • You shall complete implementation (and you shall cause your Affiliates to complete implementation) of Facebook Credits in all Covered Zynga Services by no later than the Exclusivity Start Date set forth in Exhibit B for each such Covered Zynga Service.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, you acknowledge and agree that the Removal Cap shall not apply to any requests by us for you to remove Facebook Credits from any Covered Zynga Services for breaches or violations by you (or any of your Affiliates) of this Addendum or the SRR.

  • Subject to Section 4.b(ii)(3)(d) below, if applicable, to enable you to use Permitted Third Party Payment Options as a Payment Method for Facebook Credits in Covered Zynga Services in accordance with this Section 4.b(ii)(3(a), we will sell you Facebook Credits [*] which you shall then resell to users [*] using Permitted Third Party Payment Option.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Addendum, you acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to slow down the pace at which you implement Facebook Credits in any or all Covered Zynga Services by pushing back the Exclusivity Start Dates or the staging set forth in the Implementation Plan, with the understanding that the Exclusivity Start Date for each such Covered Zynga Service will be extended by the number of days by which we extend the staging of the implementation of Facebook Credits.

  • For purposes of clarity, you shall not distribute or sell afterApril 30, 2012 any Gift Cards that are redeemable on any Covered Zynga Services provided that you shall be entitled to redeem after such date any such Gift Cards distributed or sold on or prior to such date.

Related to Zynga Services

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Services plan means a written statement that describes the special education and related services the school district will provide to a parentally-placed child with a disability enrolled in a private school located in the district, including the location of the services and any transportation necessary, consistent with 34 CFR §§ 300.132, 300.137-139.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Consultancy Services means the Consultancy Services described in Schedule A;

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.
