ZRC definition

ZRC means a Zonal Resource Credit (as defined in the MISO Rules) corresponding to the zone in which the Energy Financial Delivery Point is located.
ZRC has the meaning given to such term in the MISO Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, as of the Effective Date, ZRCs include any ZRCs properly generated from Demand Response Resources (as defined in the MISO Rules) and/or Load Modifying Resources (as defined in the MISO Rules).
ZRC means Zonal Resource Credit.

  • If the Seller has only entered into this Confirmation Agreement and other capacity only or ZRC only Fixed Price Customer Supply Contracts, then the Total Exposure Amount shall be rounded up to the nearest $10,000 and the “Minimum Transfer Amount” shall equal $10,000.

  • Seller shall accomplish delivery of the Contract Quantity for a particular Planning Year by submitting the appropriate transaction(s) in the MECT and ensuring that sufficient ZRCs are available in Seller’s MECT account to allow Buyer to confirm the ZRC transaction as soon as practicable, but no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central Prevailing Time on the February 14th that immediately precedes the applicable Planning Year (the “Delivery Deadline”) and giving prompt written notice to Buyer of such submittal.

  • Buyer expects to receive a quantity of Facility MISO Capacity Credits that equals or exceeds the Applicable ZRC Fraction (as defined below) of the Guaranteed Capacity for each Relevant MISO Planning Period.

  • If Coordinator wishes to incur an expense related to the services, Coordinator must obtain prior approval of the expenditure from the ZRC.

  • Coordinator is not expected to contribute to supply costs of ZRC workshops or meetings.

  • The Coordinator is not an agent of the Clients or any of the organizations who participate in the ZRC.

  • Additional projects at the request of the ZRC coordinating council.
