Zoning Ordinances definition

Zoning Ordinances means the Gateway Area Zoning Ordinance and the Core Area Zoning Ordinance, which are anticipated to include the Development and Design Standards Manual and Concept Plan with sufficient detail to authorize the Developer to proceed directly to obtain Site Plan Approval and Plat Approval in a manner consistent with Section 5.03 hereof.

  • Licensor agrees that, to the extent feasible, Licensee shall have the right to utilize a mobile facility that does not interfere with the maintenance process and complies with all City Ordinances, including Zoning Ordinances.
