Zone Change means the Approval of the rezoning of Parcel A on the West End Specific Plan from “auto industrial” to “commercial planned development” or “light industrial” with a conditional use permit for a multi-tenant office building and, if applicable, the District’s new Educational Services Center, or other consistent commercial use.
