Zoba definition
Zoba means an administrative region in the Borrower’s territory established and operating pursuant to Proclamation Number 86 of 1996; and
Zoba means a Regional administration of the Borrower, as defined under the Borrower’s Proclamation [No. 26 of 1992 of the laws of the Borrower.]
