Any notice or other communication required or which may be given hereunder shall be in writing and either be delivered personally or by private national courier service, or be mailed, certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, and shall be deemed given when so delivered personally or, if sent by private national courier service, on the next business day after delivery to the courier, or, if mailed, two business days after the date of mailing, as follows: Zion Oil & Gas, Inc.

Zion acknowledges that Network 1 may have relationships with certain third party financing sources pursuant to which Network 1 may be offered compensation from such third party to the extent that such third party participates at Network 1's invitation in the financing for the Transactions.

Zion acknowledges that Network 1 may rely, absent manifest error, without independent verification, upon the accuracy and completeness of the Information as such Information may be supplemented pursuant to the preceding sentence (provided by Zion or any of its representatives), and that Network 1 does not assume any responsibility therefor.
