Zinsperiode bezeichnet jeweils den Zeitraum vom Verzinsungsbeginn (einschliesslich) bis zum ersten Zinszahlungstag (ausschliesslich) bzw. von jedem Zinszahlungstag (einschliesslich) bis zum jeweils darauf folgenden Zinszahlungstag (ausschliesslich).

  • Im Fall einer Verlängerung oder Verkürzung der Zinsperiode können der mitgeteilte Zinsbetrag und Zinszahlungstag ohne Vorankündigung nachträglich angepasst (oder andere geeignete Anpassungsregelungen getroffen) werden.

  • Dies gilt nicht, wenn im Falle einer am Fälligkeitstag endenden Zinsperiode der Fälligkeitstag der letzte Tag des Monats Februar ist.

  • Die [Berechnungsstelle] [Bestimmungsstelle] wird zu oder baldmög- lichst nach jedem Zeitpunkt, an dem der Zinssatz zu bestimmen ist, den Zinssatz bestimmen und den auf die Schuldverschreibungen zahlbaren Zinsbetrag (der „Zins- betrag”) für die entsprechende Zinsperiode berechnen.

  • Der Nachfolge-Referenzsatz findet ab dem ersten Tag der ersten Zinsperiode nach dem Einstellungsereignis Anwendung, es sei denn, die Emittentin entscheidet sich für die Rückzahlung der Schuldverschreibungen gemäß den nachfolgenden Bestimmungen dieses Absatzes.

  • Sofern Zinsen für einen Zeitraum von weniger als einem Jahr (der “Zinsberechnungszeitraum”) zu berechnen sind, erfolgt die Berechnung auf der Grundlage der aktuellen Tage in dem Zinsberechnungszeitraum, geteilt durch die Anzahl der aktuellen Tage der Zinsperiode.

  • Der an jedem Zinszahltag zahlbare Zinsbetrag für die Zinsperiode, die an diesem Zinszahltag (ausschließlich) für die betreffende Zinsperiode endet, beträgt NOK 237,50 pro Schuldverschreibung (der „Festzinsbetrag“).

  • Folgendes ist für alle Optionen von Actual/Actual (ICMA Regel 251) anwendbar außer Option Actual/Actual (ICMA Rule 251) mit nur einer Zinsperiode innerhalb eines Zinsjahres (ausschließlich dem Fall eines ersten oder letzten kurzen oder langen Kupons):„Bezugsperiode“ bezeichnet den Zeitraum ab dem Verzinsungsbeginn (einschließlich) bis zum ersten Zinszahlungstag (ausschließlich) oder von jedem Zinszahlungstag (einschließlich) bis zum nächsten Zinszahlungstag (ausschließlich).

  • Der auf die Schuld- verschreibungen zu zahlende Zinssatz wird im Fall eines Step-up-Ereignisses folgendermaßen angepasst: Wenn das Step-up-Ereignis eintritt, erhöht sich der Zinssatz für die Zinsperiode, die an dem Step- up-Tag beginnt und jede nachfolgende Zinsperiode [●] [auf die Summe aus dem Ursprünglichen Zinssatz und [●]% per annum] (der "Angepasste Zinssatz").

  • IADL means "instrumental activities of daily living".

  • Septage means the liquid and solid material pumped from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar domestic sewage treatment system, or from a holding tank, when the system is cleaned or maintained.
