Zingle Service definition

Zingle Service means Zingle’s proprietary on-demand text messaging service that enables Customer to communicate with Consumers via text messages submitted through a phone number provided by Zingle which Customer can manage through the Software and/or a Device.

  • Customer’s rights to send and receive text messages via the Zingle Materials may be limited based on the level of Zingle Service identified in the applicable Order, and Customer agrees to abide by such limitations.

Related to Zingle Service

  • Mobile Service means the mobile service we provide to you enabling you to use and receive a range of mobile services including, but not limited to, messaging services, age restricted services and premium services.

  • Company Service means the Company's email, Internet, security management services provided to End Users for the purposes of conducting Company's internal business.
