Ziff definition

Ziff or "SOFTBANK" shall be cancelled. Except as provided in the license agreement contemplated by Section 6.1(h), as promptly as is practicable after the Closing, Buyer shall, and agrees to cause each Company to, eliminate the words "ZD", "Ziff" or "SOFTBANK" and every word or expression derived therefrom from the names under which the Division and the Companies do business. Except as provided in the license agreement contemplated by Section 6.1(h), within 60 days after the Closing (the "Transition Period"), Buyer shall, and shall cause each Company to, remove any such trademarks, trade names, trade dress, service marks, domain names and logos from its respective properties, stationery and literature, and thereafter neither Buyer nor the Companies shall use any such trademarks, trade names, trade dress, service marks, domain names or logos.
Ziff. ▇▇▇▇. Licensor agrees that it shall not use nor claim any rights in, whether arising from use, purchase or otherwise, the "Ziff" name, including without limitation for trademarks, service marks, logos and domain names.

The foregoing restrictions on Transfer may be waived at any time with PMC Approval.

  • The Employee acknowledges that the following specific companies are considered examples of competitors of TechTarget: IDG, QuinStreet, PennWell, United Business MediaBM, Sirius, MRP, Integrate, CBS Corporation, J2 Global (Ziff ▇▇▇▇▇ Media), RainKing, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, Gartner MRP, First Derivatives, 6Sense, Lattice Engines, J2 Global and Madison Logic.

  • Such determination shall be made in writing (A) prior to any sale (including, but not limited to, by merger or otherwise) of Class A Common Units, (B) prior to any exchange of Class A Common Units pursuant to the Exchange Agreement and (C) at any other time as determined by the General Partner in its sole discretion; provided that, in the case of the foregoing clauses (A) and (B), sales or exchanges solely by the Ziff Partner (and no other Limited Partners) shall not be taken into account.

  • The Executive acknowledges that the following specific companies are considered competitors of Employer; CNET, IDG, Accela Communications, CMP, Ziff ▇▇▇▇▇, PennWell, JupiterMedia, 101 Communications, Penton Media, IT Toolbox.
