ZEPO definition
ZEPO means a Zero Price Option to be issued a Share granted under the FY21 DSTI Plan on the terms and conditions that are set out in the relevant offer letter given to the recipient and that are contained in the FY21 DSTI Plan.
ZEPO means an Option with a zero exercise price.
