Examples of ZCS in a sentence

  • Your ZCS QHP does not provide benefits for services received from a Nonparticipating Provider, so you may be responsible for all costs associated for services obtained from such a provider.

  • If you are an American Indian/Alaskan Native enrolled under this Contract, the following variations in cost-sharing amounts will apply to your coverage under this Qualified Health Plan (QHP) offered on the Exchange: If you have a household income of less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Level, you may be eligible for a Zero Cost Sharing (ZCS) Plan.
