  • The Merchant may not otherwise transfer the Zash App, Zash Solution, or Documentation to another person, whether for money, for anything else, or for free.

  • Zash, ZVV, the Zash Subsidiaries and the ZVV Subsidiaries have taken reasonable security measures to protect the secrecy, confidentiality and value of all of their Intellectual Property Rights.
