ZAR Equivalent definition

ZAR Equivalent means the ZAR/USD exchange rate as advised by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ South Africa at 17h00 on the Business Day preceding the Announcement Date, being an amount of ZAR12.8833, net of any currency conversion fees (if any), which fees shall be borne by the Purchaser;
ZAR Equivalent has the meaning attributed to such term in the Sale of Business Agreement.
ZAR Equivalent means, in relation to any amount which is expressed to be a USD amount, the ZAR equivalent thereof as calculated based on the exchange rate between USD and ZAR published by the South African Reserve Bank on https://www.resbank.co.za/en/home/what-we-do/statistics/key- statistics/current-market-rates on the relevant date on which the ZAR equivalent is required to be determined.
