Z3 definition

Z3 or “Zone 3” shall mean the surface and subsurface soil found in an area located inside the yellow highlighted boundaries on Appendix C and labeled as “Zone 3.” Zone 3 is generally bordered: (1) on the north by Chicago Avenue; (2) on the east by Parrish Avenue; (3) on the south by the northern edge of the railroad right of way located generally to the south of East 149th Place and labeled on Appendix C as “Elgin Joliet and Eastern Rlwy”; and
Z3 means: [Sℎort Strike 3 − Final Reference Price] × Sℎort Payoff Multielier 3
