YTG or “YG” – means Yukon Territorial Government or Yukon Government (same governing body). “Closing” – means the deadline i.e. date and time by which submissions must be received by the Village.

  • As of the Effective Date, Canada shall loan, provide copies of or transfer all Records under the control of DIAND necessary for the continued fulfilment by the YTG of the responsibilities transferred to it pursuant to this Agreement.
