  • To the best of YPS’s knowledge, its execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement does not require any license to use the intellectual property of a third party, other than any licenses currently held by YPS with the good faith belief that such licenses will endure or are renewable and will be renewed by YPS for the full term of this Agreement.
