youth delegate definition

youth delegate means a senior high school student (gr.9-12) who is active in a member congregation and has been chosen by the congregation to be a delegate at a delegate session.
youth delegate means a delegate who is between sixteen (16) and twenty-five (25) years of age on the opening date of the Convention in accordance with Article 6 of the Constitution; a youth member who, as such, is elected Youth Delegate, shall continue to occupy the position until the end of the Convention, even if over 25 year of age after the opening date of the Convention;
youth delegate means a person who is a secondary school student, or the age of a secondary school student, who is appointed by a Congregation to serve in the capacity of Delegate. All references to Delegates in this Bylaw shall include Youth Delegates.
