Your Technology definition

Your Technology and all intellectual property rights therein and relating thereto throughout the world, including, without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, patents, moral rights, contract rights and any and all other legal rights protecting intangible proprietary information (collectively, ""IPR""), are and will remain your exclusive property. During the term of this Agreement, you may choose to provide Rogue Wave with access to Your Technology to facilitate Rogue Wave in providing the Services, in which case you grant to Rogue Wave all rights and licenses in and to Your Technology as may be necessary for Rogue Wave to complete its obligations under this Agreement. It should be noted that Rogue Wave does not have access to Your Technology deployed on AWS unless you choose to give Rogue Wave access as part of providing the Services.

Your Technology means your proprietary technology, including without limitation, all text, pictures, sound, video, and log files, your software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture and doc - umentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by you or licensed to you from a third party).

Examples of Your Technology in a sentence

  • During the term of the Agreement, you may choose to provide OpenLogic with access to Your Technology to facilitate OpenLogic in providing the Support Services, in which case you grant to OpenLogic all rights and licenses in and to Your Technology as may be necessary for OpenLogic to complete its obligations under the Agreement.

  • It should be noted that OpenLogic does not have access to Your Technology deployed on the Cloud Platform unless you choose to give OpenLogic access as part of providing the Support Services.

  • During the term of this Agreement, you may choose to provide TurnKey Linux with access to Your Technology to facilitate TurnKey Linux in providing the Services, in which case you grant to TurnKey Linux all rights and licenses in and to Your Technology as may be necessary for TurnKey Linux to complete its obligations under this Agreement.

  • It should be noted that TurnKey Linux does not have access to Your Technology deployed on AWS unless you choose to give TurnKey Linux access as part of providing the Services.

  • During the term of this Agreement, you may choose to provide Rogue Wave with access to Your Technology to facilitate Rogue Wave in providing the Services, in which case you grant to Rogue Wave all rights and licenses in and to the Your Technology as may be necessary for Rogue Wave to complete its obligations under this Agreement.

  • You shall remain entitled to all right and interest in and to all of Your Technology and confidential information, and Safaricom is and shall remain exclusively entitled to all right and interest in and to all Safaricom Technology and its confidential information.

  • The representations You make on Your Technology Services Errors and Omissions Liability Insurance Renewal Application(s) apply as of the Effective Date of Your renewal policy(ies).

  • This Application allows You to: • Upload Technological Proposals • Qualify Your Technology Readiness Level • Search for Potential Technology Partner • Get Qualified Recommendations • Store & Organize Proposals of Interest • Contact Stakeholders (See above Communication Services) You may only use the Application according to this intended use.

  • It should be noted that Rogue Wave does not have access to Your Technology deployed on AWS unless you choose to give Rogue Wave access as part of providing the Services.

  • During the term of this Agreement, you may choose to provide Rogue Wave with access to Your Technology to facilitate Rogue Wave in providing the Services, in which case you grant to Rogue Wave all rights and licenses in and to Your Technology as may be necessary for Rogue Wave to complete its obligations under this Agreement.
