Your Supplier definition

Your Supplier means a Licensed Supplier with whom You have chosen to enter into an Electricity Supply Contract; and
Your Supplier means the gas supplier with which you have entered into a contract for the supply of natural gas at your Offtake Point from time-to- time.

  • The signatory to Your Supplier Creation form must be Your chief finance officer or other person with proper delegated authority.

  • Your Supplier and DISH are not responsible for any interruptions of the Service that occur due to acts of God (including, without limitation, weather or power failure) or any other cause beyond DISH’s and/or your Supplier’s reasonable control.

  • Your Supplier or DISH may immediately terminate your Service and this Agreement if you or a user of your account breaches this Agreement, the Policies, the RCA or any other agreement between you and DISH or between you and your Supplier.

  • You warrant that the information provided to us during your Supplier Approval and Your Supplier Questionnaire is current, accurate, complete and not misleading.

  • Neither the Society, the SPV nor the Managing Person has any responsibility for which Licensed Supplier You choose to be Your Supplier, which tariff You choose or any switching between Licensed Suppliers or tariffs that You choose to initiate.

  • Each claim under the warranty set forth in this Section 3.1 shall be sent in writing to Your Supplier specifying the type of Software Product involved, a proof of the date on which the Software Product was purchased by You and the nature of the alleged breach of warranty.

Related to Your Supplier

  • Former Supplier a supplier supplying services to the Customer before the Relevant Transfer Date that are the same as or substantially similar to the Services (or any part of the Services) and shall include any sub-contractor of such supplier (or any sub-contractor of any such sub-contractor);

  • Other Supplier means any supplier to the Customer (other than the Supplier) which is notified to the Supplier from time to time and/or of which the Supplier should have been aware;

  • Contractor/Supplier means the person or company whose tender is accepted by the Purchaser and shall be deemed to include the Contractor’s successors, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns approved by the Purchaser.

  • Major Supplier means a supplier which has the ability to materially affect the terms of participation (having regard to price and supply) in the relevant market for basic telecommunications services as a result of:

  • Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.
