Your right to object definition

Your right to object. You can object to us collecting/processing your data. This means we have to stop collecting your data unless there is “compelling legitimate grounds” for us to do so or if we are doing so for “the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.”

Examples of Your right to object in a sentence

  • If the Operator decides to terminate the Residency Agreement for any of the reasons stated above, the Operator will give You a notice of termination and discharge, which must be at least 30 days after delivery of notice, the reason for termination, a statement of Your right to object and a list of free legal advocacy resources approved by the State Department of Health.

  • Your right to object to sub-processors is only on reasonable data protection grounds.

  • You agree to waive Your right to be identified as the author of such content or information and Your right to object to derogatory treatment of such content.
