Your remuneration definition

Your remuneration is as follows: (i) for the first two years of your employment a fixed salary of 200,000 Pounds per annum and (ii) thereafter a fixed salary of 300,000 Pounds per annum for the duration of this Agreement unless otherwise agreed, payable by twelve monthly instalments by direct credit transfer to your bank account on the last working day of every month. Any future changes will be notified to you in writing.

Examples of Your remuneration in a sentence

  • Your remuneration will be reviewed annually and may be increased at the employer’s discretion or in accordance with the Award.

  • Your remuneration will be paid (timeframe) by direct credit to an account nominated by you.

  • Your remuneration herein shall be payable to you in equal instalments on a quarterly basis on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 (or if such day is not a working day, on the working day falling immediately thereafter) (each a “Payment Day”) or in such other manner and at such other time as we may from time to time mutually agree.

  • Your remuneration will have been set at a level that takes account of the 1 October pay increase and, in the case of promotions, your performance in the previous year.

  • Your remuneration will be paid for the pay period outlined in Schedule 1 (less applicable tax) via electronic funds transfer into an account with a financial institution nominated by you and acceptable to the Practice.

  • Your remuneration takes into account the expectation that you may occasionally be required to work outside the specified hours in order to devote such time and attention to your duties as may be reasonably required.

  • Your remuneration may be increased by the Practice from time to time to meet comply with the applicable Award and/or at the Practice’s discretion.

  • Your remuneration may be increased by the Practice from time to time to meet legislative minimum requirements and/or at the Practice’s discretion.

  • Your remuneration shall be as per Annexure titled “Compensation” Salary is subject to Income Tax and other statutory deductions and will be paid into a bank account indicated by you.

  • Your remuneration has been set taking these factors into account.
