Your Infrastructure definition

Your Infrastructure means your sewer system and your water system. Your Sewer System is defined in clause 15.2 (Your sewer system).
Your Infrastructure means the hardware and network infrastructure and associated connectivity and systems used by you to host and operate the Software (e.g., internal services network, network connectivity, and data center power/HVAC systems). Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you use our cloud hosting services pursuant to a separate agreement, for the term of that cloud hosting services agreement “Your Infrastructure” shall be construed as references to the hosting infrastructure provided by us under that cloud hosting services agreement.
Your Infrastructure means Your information technology infrastructure, including software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by You or a third party. If You purchase the subscription model where the Cloud Service is hosted on Your premises, Your Infrastructure includes the Infrastructure used to host the Cloud Service on Your premises or on the premises of one of Your suppliers.

  • energy infrastructure means any physical equipment or facility which is located within the Union or linking the Union to one or more third countries and falling under the following categories:

  • Train Loading Infrastructure means conveyors, stockpile areas, blending and screening facilities, stackers, re‑claimers and other infrastructure reasonably required for the loading of iron ore, freight goods or other products onto the relevant Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port; and

The Receiving Party shall treat CEII received under this agreement in accordance with its own procedures for protecting CEII and shall not disclose CEII to anyone except its Authorized Representatives.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Environmental Infrastructure System means the Environmental Infrastructure Facilities of the Borrower, including the Project, for which the Borrower is receiving the Loan.

  • Payment Infrastructure Provider means a third party that forms part of the global payment system infrastructure, including without limitation communications, clearing or payment systems, intermediary banks and correspondent banks.

  • Renewable energy system means a fixture, product, device, or interacting group of fixtures, products, or devices on the customer's side of the meter that use 1 or more renewable energy resources to generate electricity. Renewable energy system includes a biomass stove but does not include an incinerator or digester.

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;
