your Card definition

your Card or “the Card” refers to the Principal Card and (all) the Supplementary Card(s), unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.
your Card or “the Card” means the Visa® Credit Card(s) and any duplicates and renewals We issue relating to this Agreement or Your Account. Everyone who receives, sign or uses a card issued under this Agreement must be a member of this Credit Union. “Account” means Your Visa® Credit Card Line of Credit account with Us. “We,” “Us”, “Ours” and “Credit Union” means Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Federal Credit Union. The words that are defined in this Agreement shall have those meanings throughout regardless of whether they appear capitalized or in lower case unless the clear meaning of the context in which they are used would dictate otherwise.
your Card means the Card issued to you by the Bank, which is and shall remain the property of the Bank. You agree to return the Card to the Bank or its agent upon request. Also, the Bank may at any time reissue a different Card to replace your Card.

Examples of your Card in a sentence

  • Claim means any current or future claim, dispute or controversy relating to your Card account, this Agreement, or any agreement or relationship you have or had with us, except for the validity, enforceability or scope of the Arbitration provision.

  • Claims Resolution for Covered Borrowers Most customer concerns can be resolved by calling our Customer Service Department at the number listed on the back of your Card.

  • You should get a receipt at the time you make a transaction using your Card.

  • We may cancel or suspend your Card or this Agreement at any time.

  • Use of your Card is subject to all applicable rules and customs of any clearinghouse or other association involved in transactions.

  • Funds to cover your Card purchases will be deducted from your checking account.

  • We must allow you to report an error until sixty (60) days after the earlier of the date you electronically access your Card Account, if the error could be viewed in your electronic history, or the date we sent the FIRST written history on which the error appeared.

  • We may also program our computer not to accept your Card or access code for any EFT service.

  • Also, for security reasons, we may block the use of your Card in certain countries or geographic areas.

  • If you are entitled to a refund for any reason for goods or services obtained with your Card, you agree to accept credits to your Card for such refunds and agree to the refund policy of that merchant.


More Definitions of your Card

your Card is a secured prepaid card, which means that the Credit Provider must have provided you with the Credit Facility that is accessed via your Card. Your card is not a credit card. We will only honour transactions up to the amount of the Credit Facility approved by the Credit Provider. You must always make sure you have sufficient Funds Available to cover the transaction or have made arrangements with your Credit Provider.
your Card means that MasterCard® debit card;
your Card is a credit card, which means that the Card's Available Balance will be reduced by the full amount of each Transaction and authorization, plus any taxes and charges that are applicable including any additional ATM charge if any (the 'Full Deductible Amount'). The Full Deductible Amount must be less than or equal to the Available Balance on your Card. You must not use your Card if the Full Deductible Amount exceeds the Available Balance or after the expiry date of the Card. If, for any reason, a Transaction is processed for an amount greater than the Available Balance on your Card, you must repay us the amount by which the Full Deductible Amount exceeds your Available Balance within 14 days of receiving an invoice from us. Should you not repay this amount within 14 days of receiving an invoice from us we reserve the right to take all steps necessary, including legal action, to recover any monies outstanding.
your Card means the Card issued to you by the Issuer, which is and shall remain the property of the Issuer. You agree to return the Card to the Issuer or its agent upon request. Also, the Issuer may at any time reissue a different Card to you to replace your Card.

Related to your Card

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • You, Your, Yourself means the Insured Person shown in the Schedule.

  • You and Your means the person(s) named on the Schedule as the insured.

  • Primary Cardholder means the person who applied for a Card, whose name is on the Account and who a Card is issued to. Purchase means any Transaction other than a Cash Advance.

  • MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated.

  • You/Your means the person(s) (natural or corporate) investing money in the Bond in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and includes their successors.

  • Gift card means a document, card, certificate, or other record, whether tangible or intangible, that may be redeemed by a consumer for a dollar value when making a purchase of tangible personal property or services.

  • your means the company or other legal entity for which you are accepting this Agreement, and Affiliates of that company or entity.

  • Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Purchased Services.

  • Customer Care Centre means a department or a section or a facility established under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 25 by the distributor of television for addressing service requests, answering queries, recording of complaints, and redressal of grievances of consumers, by telephonic or electronic means or by any other means.

  • You/Your means the person who owns or leases the Covered Equipment and any person to whom the Policy is transferred pursuant to clause 11.

  • Supplementary Cardholder means the person who has been issued a Supplementary Card.

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module (a card containing identifying information) which enables a Handset to access the Network.

  • Login means a unique username, which allows Clients to access Trading System, and further allows to access into the Trading System after entering the username and Password.

  • Know Your Customer checks If:

  • Username means an alphanumeric login identification used by the Client for accessing the Service.

  • Cardholder(s) persons authorized to use Association or Network branded cards.

  • Visa means VISA International Service Association.

  • Credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device ex- isting for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.

  • Homeless youth means persons found within the

  • Card Network means a payment card network, including the network operated by each of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • Relevant Information means the information in the report on assessment of the Trustee’s compliance with the servicing criteria set forth in Item 1122(d) of Reg AB (the “Servicing Assessment”), the registered public accounting firm’s attestation provided in accordance with Rules 13a-18 and 15d-18 under the Exchange Act and Section 1122(b) of Reg AB ( the “Attestation Report”) applicable to the Trustee and the Monthly Statements (excluding information provided, or based on information provided, by the Servicer or any servicer) and those items in Exhibit S attached to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement which indicate the 4.03 statement or the Trustee as the responsible party during the Relevant Year. Based on my knowledge, the Relevant Information, taken as a whole, does not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make the statements made, in light of the circumstances under which such statements were made, not misleading with respect to the period covered by this annual report; and

  • Loyalty card means a record given without direct monetary consideration under an award, reward, benefit, loyalty, incentive, rebate, or promotional program which may be used or redeemed only to obtain goods or services or a discount on goods or services. The term does not include a record that may be redeemed for money or otherwise monetized by the issuer.
