You must contact us: • Within 60 days after the error appeared on your statement. • At least 3 business days before an automated payment is scheduled, if you want to stop payment on the amount you think is wrong. You must notify us of any potential errors in writing. You may call us, but if you do we are not required to investigate any potential errors and you may have to pay the amount in question.   • Your Billing Statement will disclose your Credit Limit, as adjusted from time to time.

  • If mailed, notices to You shall be considered given when We include the notice on or with Your Billing Statement, or when We deposit the notice in the U.S. mail addressed to the most recent address We have for You.

  • We will notify You of Your Credit Limit with Your Account Documents and on Your Billing Statements, and We may change or restrict Your credit availability at any time.

  • Any charge or item as to which we are not notified within 60 days after the billing date of the statement as described in Your Billing Rights statement in this Agreement will conclusively be deemed to be correct.

  • Read the notice entitled Your Billing Rights, that immediately follows Section 33 of this Agreement; it contains important information regarding your rights to dispute billing errors.

  • Billing involves the provision of appropriate usage data by one Telecommunications Carrier to another to facilitate Customer Billing with attendant acknowledgments and status reports. It also involves the exchange of information between Telecommunications Carriers to process claims and adjustments.

  • Pseudonymous data means personal data that cannot be attributed to a specific natural person

  • Anonymous means that each party to a purchase or sale is unaware of the identity of the other party(ies) to the purchase or sale.

  • Contactless means a payment feature that provides You with a way to pay by tapping the Card on a point–of–sale terminal reader for transactions of up to a specified limit.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • PFMA means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999.

  • RFP means Request for Proposal.

Services under this Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content.” Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Billing System means a system to issue Invoices relating to charges payable by each party under an Access Agreement;

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • SMS means Short Message Service.

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.

  • Cardholder(s) persons authorized to use Association or Network branded cards.

  • ERCOT Protocols means the document adopted by ERCOT, including any attachments or exhibits referenced in that document, as amended from time to time, that contains the scheduling, operating, planning, reliability, and settlement (including customer registration) policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, standards, and criteria of ERCOT. For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.

  • HMO means any health maintenance organization, managed care organization, any Person doing business as a health maintenance organization or managed care organization, or any Person required to qualify or be licensed as a health maintenance organization or managed care organization under applicable federal or state law (including, without limitation, HMO Regulations).

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Nudity means the showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area, or buttocks with less than a fully opaque covering, the showing of the female breast with less than a fully opaque covering of any part of the nipple, or the showing of the covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state.
