Your authorized representative definition

Your authorized representative means, at a particular time, a person authorized by you, in the most recent account operating authority that you have given to us, to act on your behalf for all dealings, matters and transactions with us.

  • If the EULAs for the Apple Software have changed, Your authorized representative will need to return to the relevant web portal and accept such EULAs in order to continue using the Service.

  • In order to use the Service, Your authorized representative must accept the EULAs for the Apple Software on the relevant web portal prior to deploying Authorized Devices running such Apple Software to End Users.

  • A retroactive cancellation or discontinuance of coverage due to failure to timely pay required Premiums or contributions toward the cost of coverage (including COBRA Premiums), a cancellation or discontinuance initiated by You or Your authorized representative, a cancellation initiated by the Exchange, or a prospective cancellation or discontinuance of coverage is not considered a Rescission.

  • The Dental Necessity Appeal decision will be mailed to You, Your authorized representative, or a Provider authorized by You to act on Your behalf, within thirty (30) days of receipt of Your request; unless it is mutually agreed that an extension of time is warranted.

  • Your authorized representative has the ability and authority to bind you.
