Youi Quotation definition
Youi Quotation means Youi’s sales quotation document provided by Youi to a prospective Customer which sets out the License Fees for Youi’s Software.

Unless otherwise agreed upon and specified in the applicable Order or at the end of the License Term the Agreement has been terminated, Software Licenses shall automatically renew for additional periods of one (1) year at the License Fee specified in the Youi Quotation or at the list price in effect at the time of renewal, unless the Customer gives Youi notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the applicable License Term.
