You Fix means one of the Product Types.
You Fix means one of the Product Types. Any term used in this Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to it in this clause or if not defined in this Agreement as defined in the UNC. In this Agreement the singular includes the plural and vice versa and each of the masculine, feminine and neuter genders includes each of the others. References to clauses are to the clauses in these terms and conditions. Any words following the terms including, include, in particular, for example or any similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words, description, definition, phrase or term preceding those terms.
