YM(#) definition

YM(#) means, with respect to any mortgage loan, a specified number of monthly payment periods (which number is denoted by a numeric value #) during which prepayments of principal are permitted with the payment of a yield maintenance charge and the lender is not entitled to require a defeasance in lieu of prepayment. • “D(#) or @%” means, with respect to any mortgage loan, a specified number of monthly payment periods (which number is denoted by a numeric value #) during which the related borrower is permitted to defease that mortgage loan in order to obtain a release of the related mortgaged property or during which prepayments of principal are permitted with the payment of a prepayment premium (equal to @% of the prepaid amount). • “GRTR of @% or YM(#)” means, with respect to any mortgage loan, a specified number of monthly payment periods (which number is denoted by a numeric value #) during which prepayments of principal are permitted with the payment of the greater of a yield maintenance charge and a prepayment premium (equal to @% of the prepaid amount) and the lender is not entitled to require a defeasance in lieu of prepayment.

  • YM may request that POI remove any personnel, including the Project Manager whom ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, in its sole discretion, to be unfit or otherwise unsatisfactory.

  • Any change in the Project Manager thereafter must be reasonably acceptable to YM.

  • POI will notify YM of any claim or suit which may be subject to the provisions of this Section 6.2 as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving notice of the claim.

  • This Agreement may also be terminated by YM without cause upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party.

  • POI shall cooperate with YM, and shall use its best efforts to ensure that any institutions and investigational teams which participate in the Study, including their employees and agents, cooperate with YM, in obtaining assignments or other documents required to transfer to YM all Intellectual Property.

YM(#) means YM and its affiliated companies and its sub-licensees.
YM(#) represents yield maintenance. "YM5" represents the greater of yield maintenance or 5%, "YM3" represents the greater of yield maintenance or 3%, "YM2" represents the greater of yield maintenance or 2% and "YM1" represents the greater of yield maintenance or 1%, of the outstanding principal balance at such time, respectively. "Open" represents a period during which Principal Prepayments are permitted without payment of a prepayment premium. For each Mortgage Loan, the number set forth under a category of prepayment provision represents the number of payment dates in the original term to maturity for which such provision applies.
YM(#) represents yield maintenance. "YM+1" represents yield maintenance plus 1%. "10%", "9%", "8%", "7%", "6%", "5%", "4%", "3%", "2%", and "1%" represent the penalty percentages to be paid of the outstanding balance at the time the loan is prepaid. "Open" represents the number of payments, including the maturity date, at which principal prepayments are permitted without payment of a prepayment premium. For each Mortgage Loan, the number set forth under a category of "Prepayment Code" represents the number of payments in the Original Term to Maturity for which such provision applies. With respect to Mortgage Loan No. 22, Union Square Shopping Center, the borrower made two partial prepayments of $360,000 each in connection with the lender's release and the borrower's subsequent sale of out lot 4 and lot 2. Beginning on January 10, 2001, the monthly installments due under the note were reduced to $105,746.01. With respect to Mortgage Loan No. 108, La Palma Business Park, provided no default or event of default exists, on the first day of each loan year, the borrower may prepay a portion of the note in an amount not to exceed $132,500 without premium.
YM(#) means, with respect to any Mortgage Loan, a yield maintenance premium.
