Yield Management definition

Yield Management means the variable pricing strategy involving strategic control of inventory to sell the right product, to the right customer, at the right time, for the right price. Yield Management is a branch of Revenue Management and is also referred to as “Dynamic Pricing.” This capability is a mandatory requirement.

Examples of Yield Management in a sentence

  • The Credit Suisse US High Yield Management Team is responsible for the day-to-day portfolio management of the Fund.

  • To the extent that such modification relates to an ongoing program or system, such as the Reservation System, the Yield Management System, or Property System, or to any new Electronic Systems or other program or system, ongoing payments related to such modifications will be made in accordance with Section 3.

  • The Company agrees to provide the Vendor with such cooperation and shall deliver to the Vendor such information and data concerning the Company and its Code Commuters, their business and operations, as the Vendor may reasonably request, in order to enable the Vendor to have full and complete access to any and all information, which is necessary in connection with providing Yield Management Services.

  • The Vendor's monthly Yield Management Services Fees, including the license fee for Yield Management Systems as defined in Article 8.2 (option (i)) and the software support fee also defined in Article 8.2, after the implementation Date until this Annex is terminated are [***], excluding taxes.

  • The software support fee associated with the Yield Management Systems is an additional flat rate fee of [***] per month through the term of this Annex.

  • Pre-Departure Yield Management Services will be performed up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to departure for all scheduled flights of the Company and its Code Commuters during the times specified in Article 4.

Related to Yield Management

  • Load Management means a Demand Resource (“DR”) as defined in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Fund Management means the persons responsible for the portfolio and/or risk management of the Fund.

  • Fund Manager means the manager appointed for the day-to-day management and administration of the scheme.

  • Asset Management is a principle/practice that includes planning processes, approaches, plans, or related documents that support an integrated lifecycle approach to the effective stewardship of infrastructure assets to maximize benefits and effectively manage risk.

  • Management means an activity inclusive of control and performed on a daily basis, by any person who is a principal executive officer of the company, by whatever name that person may be designated, and whether or not that person is a director.
