Yield, Yield LLC and Yield Operating directly and indirectly, as applicable, hold interests in the Service Recipients (as defined below).
The parties acknowledge that any Subsidiary of Yield, Yield LLC or Yield Operating formed or acquired in the future that is not a Service Recipient on the date hereof may become a Service Recipient under this Agreement.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Corporation, Yield LLC and NRG, without the consent of any Requisite Holders, may amend, supplement, waive or modify any term of this Agreement to cure any ambiguity, mistake, defect or inconsistency contained herein.
